Happiness

Everytime we have a choice, to be happy and grateful for what we have, or to be sad or feel despair for what we don't have. Everytime you have a choice to be happy. For me happiness is a choice. If you want to be happy, decide to be happy. Get rid of the past, put it behind. Learn from it and make your present more better. Today, decide tobe happy and make your life better. Seize the DAY!

Anxiety

I was reading the Book "The Mastery of Change" but I stop reading it now because there is nothing that my mind is absorbing. I mean I can understand it but there is none that is sticking in my mind. But there's one. Get rid on negative emotions. It's uncomfortable at first but surely you will get used to it after several time of change.

There are many decisions in me today that for me it's easy but I'm just making it hard. Sometimes you need to get rid of what you feel right to do the true right things. It's mind over heart. Sometimes you just let others to be ahead at you because it's the right thing to do.

I was just thinking what if? what if I don't have to chance to have that thing that I need for a business, what if I got it but I failed. All negative phrases. But as I remember on the line of the poem "our deepest fear" instead of asking that, I need to ask myself, Who am I not to be beautiful, successful or to be excellent. Who am I not to have that thing that I want. Who am I not to have that money fr my business and who am I not to be Happy. I am a child of God. Created for God to do good things.

Release negative thoughts. Release jealousy, release everything. Just positive. Who are you not to be Happy?

Lebron, not anymore the best player on the Planet!

Recently the Score post about this shocking news. They ranked Lebron not to the number one spot no more.
And the result was not shocking. They rank non other the less KD! Kd (evin Durant for them is now the best Basketbaal player in the Planet. As a Lebron fan I don't believe it. But it's their own opinion. We have ours. But it's still Lebron! and Let the Title talks. There is still Kobe and other promising superstar. Let heir game talk!

Happy New Year!

New Year New Beginning! Happy 2015 Guys! :) (Right now I'm listening to Hope ft. Jason Mraz-Love Love Love) Last night I was watching fireworks. Some firecrackers in front of our house. It's been a culture here in the Philippines to welcome 2015 loudly, with Loud music, firecrackers and other sorts of things to make each of their New Year so Loud. They believe that it is a good luck and it attracts wealth. Others buy 12 different kind of round fruits to make their businesses and finance steady. And others who wants to gain more height jump 10 or 11 times I think. New Year here in the Philippines is fun! Hopefully next year you can come and let's celebrate New Year Together!

Seize the Day

How could I seize the day? I want to live my life everyday but I'm just to lazy to do it. I have many plans, many thing to do, many books to read but I'm not doing it. I need motivations. I need to live, because sometimes anxiety fall into my head. Thinking that I can't be successful but I know deep inside me I can. So  learned to pull off doubts. I need to believe that I can do it and I know doing such things is a matter of decision. I'm going to be successful and I will be! Thank YOU!
